Do you provide concrete work or site prep?

Unfortunately, we do not provide concrete or site preparation services at this time. Customers wishing to have concrete work done will need to coordinate with a third-party contractor for those specific needs. Our quotes exclusively cover the cost of the building itself and include free delivery and professional installation.

Who handles permits?

Customers will need to reach out to their city or township for the necessary permits and approvals. We provide the detailed blueprints along with the builder’s license to help facilitate this. We’ve received feedback from many clients, and they have consistently mentioned that the entire process is very straightforward and easy to navigate.

Can I add insulation, windows, or roll-up doors?

Yes! You will definitely be able to add insulation, windows, or roll-up doors to any of the buildings that we offer, ensuring your structure meets your specific needs and preferences.
